           SMALL GROUP TRAINING

 

Coach Eric will design the program that fits your needs, customized to movements that keep you motivated. When engaged in a physical activity, you can't just think of the "now", or the quick fix, but instead allow your long term goals to drive your training. He can help you shape your focus and set you on the right path to meet your goals.

           STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

 

This program will keep your body guessing through cycles of adaptation, work capacity, and power.  In the group setting (12 max), each participant will receive individual technique corrections throughout each session. Equipment used includes, but is not limited to: free weights, dumbbells, medicine balls, bands, TRX trainers, physio balls and ropes. 

Training Times: Tuesday and Thursday 10:00-11:00 am; Wednesday 5:30-6:30 am
