VOLO MultiSport will help you focus on functional strength and the ability to maintain goal pace in strength oriented distance running events such as half and full marathons while decreasing the risk of injury.

 

 

 

Overview

  • 10 week periodized strength program

  • 20 run specific (60 minute) sessions

  • Disigned to build stabilityacross transverse, sagittal, and frontal planes resulting in greater efficiency

  • focus on stability via balanced approach to both locomotion and stabilizing muscle groups

  • Group Size limited to 12 per session to offer a highly personalized 60 minutes of training

 

Time & Cost

  • Every Tuesday and Thursday

  • 7 am or Noon classes available

  • Starts December 3, 2013

  • Cost = $275 per athlete
