  • Strength 2: Monday 5:15-6:15am & Saturday 2:00-3:00pm

  • Strength 3: Friday 5:15-6:15am

  • Strength 1+2 Combo: Monday & Friday 6:15-7:15am

  • Strength 1: Tuesday 1:00-2:00pm & Thursday 2:00-3:00pm

  • Strength 2: Tuesday & Friday 2:15-3:15pm

  • Strength 3: Monday & Thursday 5:30-6:30pm

  • College Breakout: Wednesday & Friday 1:00-2:00pm

  • Make-Ups (must sign up each week): Monday 5:30-6:30pm, Tuesday & Friday 3:30-4:30pm
