
JOSH BROWN -
My childhood revolved around sports in such a way that physical preparation and athleticism are naturally an important aspect of my daily life. Participating and bouncing around every sport possible led to my development of a broad and balanced range of athletic skills. I have learned that expanding and improving athletic skills are a continuous process, most effectively supported through strength training.
As an intern with Volo Multisport in the Fall of 2016, I assisted with strength conditioning programing and coaching. Since then I have received certification of Reflexive Performance Reset Level I, and working to earn my NASM Personal Trainer and NASM Strength and Conditioning Coach Certifications.
My fitness quest will be a never ending one, and more so I hope to experience the fulfillment of coach athlete relationships similar to those that influenced myself not only as an athlete, and in fitness, but also simply as a person.
