Coordination- For developing athletes, coordination and athleticism are one in the same. Both areas allow the athletes to move more naturally, and aid in quick technique corrections in the water.
Mobility- As the athletes start to mature physically, muscles and tendons do not lengthen at the same rate as their skeleton, often causing reduced range of motion. Having functional range of motion throughout their career is vital to their steady development as an athlete.
Stability- Stability in joints of athletes is a major focus for “pre-hab”, reducing the risk of injury will allow the athletes to train more consistently throughout their career.
Speed- Speed is fun, and serves as a major reason athletes compete. We will refine the coordination, mobility, and stability components of training, and sharpen those skills into more speed in the water.
Balance- This aspect of training will serve as our major “mental” development. Balance requires focus, and balancing for a long time requires mental stamina; two areas that we can not train enough.
$120 per athlete
